Co-hosting is a feature in which the host gives someone else access to his or her hosting privileges, enabling them to manage some administrative aspects of the meeting, such as managing participants or setting up and stopping the recordings.

This is an internal election and the host has the responsibility of reassigning her co-host. Using this method, visually relevant information can be presented to all breakout rooms as soon as it is shared, guiding them on the next step or task.

For share screens, click in the control room. Hosts, co-hosts, and panelists are the only ones with access to a screen during webinars. Using the desktop client with Zoom windows can ensure you can see them during screen sharing if you are connected to the Internet.

On the left-hand side of the screen, click Settings. The Screen Sharing section can be found under the Meetings tab. Who is allowed e can share? Participants can be selected from the drop-down menu and saved by selecting All Participants.

A co-worker is an open-ended term that applies to each host. In a meeting or webinars there is no limit on how many co-workers you can assign. Information about co-host controls can be found here. We saw videos of our frustrated faces all across the planet. We spent quite a lot of valuable meeting time chasing our tails because the Share Screen button was there, but no screens would share.

For some reason, Zoom will show the Share Screen button but won’t actually share any screens in meetings created before Screen Sharing is enabled in the host’s settings. So, create a new meeting making sure all the meeting options that you want like recording are enabled, send the details to everyone, and have everyone leave the original meeting and join that new meeting.
