Zoom displaying “This room is not available” error message.

It’s because I tried to sign her in with SSO, which she doesn’t use.

She always joins as a guest, and doesn’t actually sign into Zoom. The fix was to sign her in with a working personal account, then sign out. It stopped prompting her for an SSO sign-on.

Ok Krifur I actually found a post in the Zoom Community from back in September BUT the solution has been working for folks for several months, even into December people are saying it has worked for them with your exact error message.
