Company Founded
Sardar Chemical Industries Limited incorporated as a Private Company on 3rd October 1989. Factory site acquired at Gadoon Amazai Industrial Estate, Topi, Swabi (KPK).
Commercial Production Begins
Full-scale commercial production commenced on 1st January 1993 — manufacturing Acid Dyes and Direct Dyes for Pakistan's tannery and textile sectors.
Listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange
Floated on the Stock Exchanges of Pakistan in October 1994 under the ticker SARC — becoming a publicly listed company and raising capital for plant expansion.
ISO 9002 Certification
Awarded ISO 9002 Quality Management Certification by TÜV Cert (DIN EN ISO 9002:1994, Certificate No. 01 100 001574) — recognising consistent production quality standards.
Product Range Expansion
Extended the product portfolio to include Reactive Dyes for cotton and cellulosic fibres, and Optical Brightening Agents (OBAs) for textile and paper industries.
International Export — Bangladesh
Successfully penetrated the Bangladesh export market with Azo-free certified dyes meeting EU REACH compliance — approved by major Bangladeshi textile exporters.
Capacity Enhancement
Significant investment in plant capacity and quality testing equipment at the Gadoon Amazai facility, doubling production throughput and improving colour consistency.
Record Net Sales: Rs. 534 Million
Achieved record annual net sales of Rs. 533.86 million in FY 2025 — a 6% year-on-year increase. Earnings per share rose to Rs. 7.60, reflecting strong demand for Azo-free dyes.
